Lesson Plan: Chinese New Year!
Chinese New Year, also known as the Spring Festival, has been celebrated for thousands of years. Falling between January 21st and February 20th, it marks the start of the New Year in China, and is celebrated for 15 days surrounding its Chinese Zodiac animal distinction.

Lesson Activity:
In this lesson, students will read and learn about the Chinese Zodiac. They will survey their friends and family to gather data, organize it, then create a bar graph and picture graph to represent their data set.
