Use up Classroom "Leftovers" with this Student Gift

Create an award for all of your remarkable students, but if you want to give them something a little extra (and clean out your classroom in the process), consider this great idea from Mrs. Terhune’s Classrom blog: A sand pail filled with goodies!

K-5: Extend Reading Into Summer with K-5 Students

The school year may be winding down, but that doesn’t mean that learning comes to a halt.  Motivate your students to read this summer with decorative bookmarks, customized reading journals and more!

Psst: we also have a board on Pinterest dedicated to End of Year Activities!

Candy Awards for Students and Staff

Reward your star students and staff and send them home with something sweet before summer. We’ve seen this candy-themed recognition idea on teacherspayteachers.com and Tunstall’s Teaching Tidbits, but you can create these delicious and personalized awards with a trip to the grocery store and your VariQuest Awards Makeron hand!

6-8: Advice Column Scavenger Hunt

What better way to welcome new students in your class next year than to share advice from your current students? This activity for grades 6-8 is perfect for the end of the year & also doubles as a beginning of year activity for your new students in the fall!

End of Year Activity for Grades 9-12: Spread the Word!

Inspire students to share their love of literature by creating a bumper sticker with their favorite literary quote using the VariQuest Awards Maker.

Students will celebrate the end of a successful school year by taking pictures with teachers and classmates.
