Better Than Resolutions: Help Students Create a Vision for Their Best New Year

At the close of a year, we talk a lot about new year's resolutions - and how we want to better ourselves in the "fresh start" of a new orbit around the sun. But after the 2020 we had, it feels more important to look ahead to the possibilities of the future and frame "betterment" in a new light - in the form of hopes, dreams, and visions for what could be.

Our students have experienced a lot in the past year, and as their young minds grow, it's important for us as their educators to not only teach, but learn from how they view, and want to change our world. We at VariQuest have put together some ideas for activities you can do with your students, to encourage them to envision becoming their best selves. It's not just one "new year's resolution" anymore.

Goals for the New Year

We all have one life to live, but that life, and our time, is divided into many sections. Vision Boards
